Purpose

To handle your valuation request, give you information about a property, manage your scout sign-up, or answer your contact enquiry.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the relevant box and submit the form.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the legally required periods. You may request its deletion at any time.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. We use providers acting as data processors (e.g. database hosting and email delivery) with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
